Architecture, Landscape + Interior Designer / Consultant

  • Consulting on architectural projects for clients; multi-story luxury high rise apartment towers to design showrooms, and residences.

  • Interior design and coordination of commercial retail, office space, showrooms, as well as residential kitchen and bath design and construction coordination.

  • Landscaping / garden design for residential clients including plant selection, soil composition and landscape detailing.

  • Contributed to preliminary design phases, conducting facade and material studies, designing interior millwork, and presenting design options for approval.

  • Leveraged experience in LEED projects and landscape design to enhance sustainability through landscaping strategies, while preserving the school's unique 1920s features.

  • Conducted detailed surveys of the building to inform structural and mechanical decisions, and provided artistic renderings to communicate design concepts to clients, adhering to NYCSCA technical standards.
