After signing the lease to their new 5th avenue office space, this family owned property management and development firm sought to create a visiting client and broker friendly office space — featuring remote work touch down spaces with ample technology connectivity, work lounge and open conference areas, as well as a centralized kitchen for their networking and company events.

Another notable feature is the monolithic millwork wall, featuring ample storage, shelving for materials, books, promotional materials, and organizes the office into private and public open office environments.
