Initially a technology focused real estate brokerage startup, as Compass sought to expand nationally and solidify their brand within the luxury real estate market — they need for a rapid roll out of tech-savvy - flexible workspaces for clients and brokers alike was required.

Over the course of 3 years as part of design team tasked with this nationwide roll out, designed and oversaw the construction of over 180,000 sqft including office locations in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and California, including the New York City, and San Francisco main office head quarters, and multiple prestige locations including Sag Harbor, Greenwich, Santa Barbara, Beverly hills, and Newport Beach.
